This January, during the Makar Sankranti festival, a new action film is set to hit the theaters. It is called “Sarileru Neekevvaru” (Nobody Can Match You). The movie is written and directed by Anil Ravipudi who made his directorial debut in 2015. The lead roles are portrayed by Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna. The first trailer will be premiere on November 21. On the Indian Independence Day, the title song written by Devi Sri Prasad was released in honor of the Indian Army. Another movie that is set to premiere on the Sankranthi is “Ala Vaikunthapurramloo”. This action drama is created by Trivikram Srinivas, Allu Aravind, and S. Radha. The plot of this film revolves around a child swap between two families, which eventually leads to a conflict. The stars of this movie are Allu Arjun, Pooja Hegde, Jayaram, Tabu, and Nivetha Pethruaj. The first single of the soundtrack went viral within an hour of its release, and after three weeks in was named the most liked Telugu song on YouTube.

On January 15th “Entha Machivaadavuraa” is set to premiere. Yes, this is another January film and another action drama film. It is actually a remake of the film called “Oxygen”. Satish Vegesna is both the writer and the director of this motion picture, and in the lead roles you will see Kaylan Ram and Mehreen Pirzada. The trailer was released in September which means that you can check it out and decide whether you are interested in seeing this feature.

The release of the movie called “V” will coincide with Telugu New Year (March 25). This action-thriller is the creation of Mohanakrishna Indraganti and Dil Raju. Nani, Sudheer Babu, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Nivetha Thomas are some of the actors who participated in this feature. Interestingly, this is Nani’s 25th motion picture and it is also the first time he’s portraying a bad guy. The fictional story revolves around Indian revolutionary Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komram Bheem and tells us about a part of their lives while they were in exile. The title roles are played by N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan. The writer and director of this movie is S. S. Rajamouli who is without a doubt one of the most appreciated screenwriters and directors in Telugu cinema.
